Package includes but not limited to:

 

  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline

  • Consultations with you via telephone, email, (3 hours included in cost)

  • Wedding Rehearsal Supervision and planning  

  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception

 

*Please note that the services listed above do not include running any wedding related errands such as picking up or delivering attire, supplies or equipment, documents, etc. As the client, you will rely on me to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill my obligations under this agreement.

 

24K GOLD PACKAGE

Package includes but not limited to:

  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline

  • Consultations with you via telephone, email, (3 hours included in cost)

  • Attendance of up to two appointments

  • Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day

  • Wedding Rehearsal Supervision and planning  

  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception

SPARKLE DIAMOND PACKAGE

Package includes but not limited to:

  • Consultations with you via telephone/email and in person

  • Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed

  • Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design

  • Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to  provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections as needed

  •  Attendance at vendor appointments of your choice (up to 4)

  • Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding by myself or member of my team

  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline

  • Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1–2 weeks before wedding day

  • Wedding Rehearsal Supervision and planning  

  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception

DESTINATION DAY PACKAGE

This package is completely custom. Our partial or full package might include some or all of the items in the packages above but also some or all of the items below:

  • Help with Décor

  • Event Styling, Personal Shopping, etc.

  • Contract Review

  • Vendor Recommendation

  • Assistance with Stationary (save the dates, invitations, etc)

  • Assistance with Website design

  • Help with coordinating transportation on site

  • Organizing flight information

  • Hotel selection and booking

  • Welcome bag assistance

  • Handling RSVP’s

 

DAY OF PARTY EXPERIENCE PACKAGE

DAY OF PARTY EXPERIENCE PACKAGE

As Event Day Coordinator our duties include: 

  • Greet vendors and provide them with instructions on where to set up as needed (ie. photographer, DJ, and helpers) 

  • Make sure decor is set up properly  

  • Meet with catering staff to confirm food timeline (if needed)  

  • Set up favors (if provided)

  • Set up amenities baskets, in bathrooms (if provided) 

  • Look over tables and make sure they are set up properly to specifications 

  • Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the evening (no negotiation in terms of vendor contracts will be handled by Legendary Experiences Weddings and Events LLC at this time) 

  • Help to troubleshoot any problems that arise at your event

PARTY EXPERIENCE PACKAGE

 

Package includes but not limited to:

 

  • Consultation with you via telephone/email and in person 

  • Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed 

  • Discussion of theme, color, style and complete event design

  • Research of professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections as needed 

  • Confirmation of decor set up (floral's, linens, equipment rentals, lighting, etc) Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before event day 

  • On-site coordination and design of event space

  • Hosts of event

  • Distribution of any final payments and Gratuities given to us by you to all vendors the day/night of event
